Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. 
• 100% of your service will be charged for no shows. 
• A $20.00 fee will be charged for no show consultations. 
• If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 15 minute service we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
• Late arrivals for all other appointment times will cut into your session time. 
• A valid credit card is required to book your session time and will be charged in accordance with the above policies.
